The company Bakousis and Co. OE, referred to in the rest of the terms of use as "Antonella Concept Boutique" or "we" owns and manages by all legal means the online store (e-shop) www.antonella.gr. Our company is a company operating in Greece with a physical store based in Heraklion, Crete, 1821 Street No. 93 and is officially registered with the Heraklion Tax Office with VAT number 997579192

The following detailed terms of use, as well as the site prices and other information listed on it, such as delivery information, contact information and our returns policy, constitute the agreement between the two contracting parties (the company Bakousis and Co. OE and the buyer/visitor) for the purpose of supplying the products to you (the buyer/visitor) by the company Bakousis and Co. OE. In the event that a reference is made to a third party seller, this does not invalidate the terms of use of our site.

We inform you that due to the constant change in the legal framework on which e-commerce is based, the terms of use may change. Our company will try to keep you informed by any appropriate means of these changes. Your registration in the e-shop is a prerequisite for the use and exploitation of the features and services of our online store. With this action (registration) you will be asked to enter your complete and accurate information, specifically your email and a password. The account password you enter for your registration on our site must be secure, unique and secret. We kindly ask you to inform us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account in the above mentioned communication methods. In case of failure to inform us immediately, our online store bears no responsibility.

The possibilities offered by creating a user account are as follows:

• Complete history of your purchases
• Your shipping details are stored in your account and automatically appear when you make a purchase. However, you can change your details at any time you wish.
• Add products to your "Wishlist" so that you can access products you wish to purchase in the future with ease and speed.
  
  On each page there is an option for the visitor "LOGIN/REGISTER" which is displayed on the home page of our online store with the symbol "👤". By clicking on this option, you are automatically transferred to the page that allows you to either log in or register in our online store. By completing the purchase through our e-shop, you guarantee that the billing details you entered are valid and correct, and that the payment will be executed properly when your order is accepted by us.
  When you place an order, you confirm that you are the owner of the billing information. However, if you are under 18 years of age, please do not create a user account on our site and do not register and save any information. Our business will not accept any transactions from persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

In particular, the following can use our site:

• Those who have agreed to these terms of use (by selecting "I have read and accept the terms of use of the e-shop")
• They have registered a valid debit or credit card accepted by our e-shop system, or have agreed to the total amount of the deposit into our company's bank account or cash on delivery of the amount upon receipt.
• They have authorized our business through our e-shop to charge their debit or credit cards with the exact amount of their orders.
  
  All product orders you place through our e-shop are subject to availability as the products you simply place in your shopping cart until the completion of your order are also available to other consumers/visitors of our online store. Our company is committed to promptly updating product availability for your best and immediate service.

Your order is considered complete when you are on your cart page. In your cart, you are given the opportunity to have detailed access to all the products you have selected as well as any changes in their availability. You are given the opportunity to select “REMOVE” a product from the cart or to increase or decrease the quantities of the selected products by clicking on the relevant arrows. To update your cart after any changes you have made, you must always click on “REFINE CART”.

Once you have completed this process, and you are sure about your order, select the “PAYMENT” menu after of course first choosing the shipping method so that any shipping costs are incorporated into the final amount. Then you enter the “PURCHASE COMPLETEMENT” page and there you will be asked to fill in the billing information. Through this page you are given the opportunity to choose different billing information from the shipping information, as long as you click on the relevant option that appears. Completing the above form is necessary even if you choose to pick up the Product/products from our store.

Upon completion of your order, an email will be sent to the email address requested in the contact form, informing you of the completion of your order. In case you did not receive this email, please contact us so that we can immediately resolve any problem that may have arisen regarding your order and the shipment of the product to you.

Coupon / Discount code

If you have a discount code, you must enter it before completing the order in the corresponding field before completing the payment.

  Business right to cancel the order

  
  Our company reserves the right to cancel the order in the following limited cases:
• You do not agree to the terms of use.
• It is not possible to ship to the specific area where you wish to have the product you selected shipped.
• We did not receive payment authorization.
• One or more products had the wrong price or availability listed due to a typographical error.
  
  

  Order cancellation by the consumer

  In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately from the moment of placing it and we will inform you either by phone or via email about the refund method if you have chosen payment by CARD or BANK DEPOSIT or PAYPAL. In case you have chosen another payment method (PAYMENT IN STORE or CASH ON DELIVERY) we will inform you exclusively about the cancellation of your order.

In particular, if you choose to pick up your order from the STORE, you have the option to do so within 10 days of placing the order.

If you choose the option "SHIPPING WITH CASH ON DELIVERY", you are obliged to receive your order in accordance with the terms of the courier company, otherwise your order will be canceled. If you cancel the order more than twice without notification and a good reason, the company has the right not to serve you in the future.

Payments with any type of debit/credit card are made through the ALPHA BANK system without the need to create additional accounts and with immediate payments, through a simple direct in a completely secure and easy-to-use environment.

Security Notice: All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Price policy

The company is headquartered in Heraklion, Crete, Greece and all transactions are made in EURO. The same applies to your foreign exchange charge. However, if the card you selected for payment or your bank account from which you paid the purchase amount does not have an amount in Euros, the final charge amount will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day your card or account was charged.

Shipping and cash on delivery costs are charged exclusively to the customer upon purchase or upon receipt, respectively.

If you have selected "SEND BY COURIER", you are given the following options:

• BANK DEPOSIT TO AN ALPHA BANK ACCOUNT
  
  The company has the right to change its shipping charges policy and product prices at any time without further notice.

VAT 24% is calculated on the price listed on the product and is included in every transaction carried out in Greece.

Missions

Shipments within Greece are made with a delivery time of 1-4 days. Shipments to remote islands may take 5-7 business days depending on weather conditions and any other problems that may arise from the means of transport. The shipping charge is €2.90. The shipping costs will be included in the final payment amount in the corresponding order completion and payment field and will be reported in detail. In case you choose payment by CASH ON DELIVERY, the charge is €1.90 and you will have to pay the amount to the courier upon delivery of the parcel along with the value of the product. You will be fully informed of the total amount that you will have to pay immediately after completing your order through our e-shop.

Product Insurance & Delivery

Our company insures the products available in its e-shop from the moment of their purchase until their receipt by you.

In the event that the order is not delivered and it is determined that this is due to an incorrect or incomplete action by the authorized carrier, the business may deliver the order within three (3) working days without any charge to the consumer.

All products for sale on our site are packaged in special protective packaging so that you receive them in excellent condition. In the event that you receive an order with damaged packaging, the company does not assume responsibility for the damage. However, if this occurs, please contact us to determine the reason for the damage to the packaging, and to replace your order if possible.

In the event that delivery is not possible within the timeframe mentioned above due to force majeure, the company bears no responsibility.

Shipments and deliveries are made to the address that you yourself have entered in the corresponding form and the correct entry of your details is solely your responsibility. The company does not assume responsibility for delivery and shipment of products to the wrong recipient or place due to incorrect entry of your details. It is important to note that in the event that the order is returned or the delivery is canceled due to your own responsibility, then you will be charged the re-delivery costs (5€).

Returns and exchanges

The company gives you the opportunity to exchange a product for another within 15 days of receipt. However, the customer must return the product in perfect condition. The basic condition for our store to accept the exchange or return is that the product is in the same perfect condition that the customer received it, that it has not been used, in its original packaging and that there is no damage/alteration to it. The product must be sent exclusively by Acs Courier and charged by us to the address Odos 1821, no. 93, 71201 Heraklion Crete, accompanied by the receipt/invoice or the exchange card.

A. Change

To make a product exchange or return, you must first contact us by phone at 2810 229820 or via email at info@antonella.gr so that we can carry out the exchange process. The free returns policy only applies to the first return of the entire item within the same order and each new shipment will be charged a shipping fee of €5.00.

In case you received the wrong order, our company is committed to sending you the correct order within three (3) working days, provided that the return meets the above conditions. B. Credit Coupon

If you do not wish to exchange for another product, you can create a credit voucher, valid for 12 months. The voucher has the same value as the product(s) you are returning and can be used on products of equal or greater value.

C. Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 days from the day of return. The refund amount is credited to the credit or debit card / bank account / Paypal depending on the payment method of the order
No refunds are made for purchases outside Greece.

Refund Terms

1. The customer must inform ANTONELLA.GR within 14 days from the day of receipt, at 2810 229820 or at info@antonella.gr
2. The product must be in the same excellent condition that the customer received it, must not have been used, must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged/altered.
3. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
4. When refunding, shipping costs (5€) are deducted even if the customer benefits from FREE shipping.

Website Intellectual Property

The content of our site (e.g. photographs, texts and logos including HTLM and other codes contained in the e-shop) constitutes the intellectual property of the company and its authorized partners and is protected in accordance with Law 2121/1993 "on the protection of intellectual property and related rights" without prejudice to any rights not expressly granted herein.
Any reproduction and redistribution of the above is expressly prohibited. The company is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the user/visitor of the e-shop, the services, options and contents of the e-shop. It also does not guarantee and is not responsible respectively that any website related to it and/or servers and servers through which any relevant service is made available to the user/visitor do not contain viruses or other malicious software.
